Does CradleSloth™ Pillow have a trial period or warranty?

For hygiene reasons,CradleSloth is not eligible for a sleep trial or return once opened.

Because the pillow comes in direct contact with your skin and face, we prioritize the health and safety of every customer by ensuring each product is delivered brand new and unused.

CradleSloth comes with a 6-month limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the PlushGuard™ memory foam core. This includes issues with shape retention, structural integrity, and abnormal deterioration not caused by use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including fabric pilling, staining, discoloration, or damage resulting from improper care or external factors.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. However, please note that a 5% platform fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee goes directly to the payment platform to cover transaction costs —we do not earn from this charge.
